    Description

    For Sale:
    A very nice Z-Match DBM-100B Doubly Balanced Mixer whose primary application is the extraction of sum and difference frequencies, as in receiver-mixer service, the important difference between these and conventional mixers being that the RF, IF and LO ports are highly isolated from one another over a wide frequency range.   This simplifies or eliminates the associated system filters often used to remove spurious responses.  Feed-through of the LO signal to the antenna, and hence radiation of the odscillator energy is virtually eliminated.  Intermodulation products are greatly reduced; there is minimal feed through of the carrier, and the I/F noise is LOW.  See the Engineer's Spec sheet in the photo section.
