You are bidding on a postwar Lionel #3484-25 Santa Fe Operating Boxcar that was cataloged in 1954, and again in 1956. This one dates from 1956 with a type IIb body and a late classic-type box. The car is in excellent+ condition and has no problems or damage. The plastic body is flawless. The paint still has a super nice appearance with very few noticeable contact marks. The lettering is clear and bold. The metal parts are rust and corrosion-free. Has metal bar-end trucks with operating couplers. Working condition. Nothing is broken or missing and there are no reproduction parts. Includes a decent original box that has one partial coupler flap. There is overall light to moderate wear evident.
