Pair of Crossover PCBs for the Nexus MT DIY speaker design - PCB Kit

Description

Custom printed circuit boards designed for the crossover of the Nexus MT DIY speaker design.  Makes crossover assembly quick and easy!
*2021 Update - Crossover revision now includes additional woofer daughter board which further improves the frequency response of the design.
The boards measures 4.5" x 4.5" / 2.6" x 2.5" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity

Includes:
2x sets of crossover PCBs for the Nexus MT speaker design - allows you to build a pair of speakers.
10x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.
16x Snap in PCB standoffs.
16x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).

Assembly:
Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers to the crossover. Insert standoffs into the bottom of the board at the four corners and mount the crossover to the enclosure.
New daughter board is wired inline between the LF output of the main crossover board and the woofer.
