Custom printed circuit boards designed for the Filter Network of the Copperhead desktop full-range speaker kit by Parts Express.
Take the hassle and guesswork out of crossover assembly, these boards make the process neat, quick and straightforward.
The boards measure 3.8" x 2.4" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivit

2x Filter PCBs for the Copperhead speaker design.
4x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.
8x Snap in PCB standoffs.
8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).

L1 - 0.60mH - Dayton Audio 0.60mH 20 AWG Air Core
L2 - 0.22mH - Dayton Audio 0.22mH 18 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
R1 - 16 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-16
Assembly:
Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires for input terminals and driver and mount the crossover board.
