    Description

    I believe that this car was issued as a dealer appreciation item in 2002 after Wellspring purchased Lionel from Richard Kughn.  It is mint/unrun with all packaging and paperwork in its original box.  Includes a factory supplied spare bulb.  I will include a brand new 9 volt alkaline battery should you wish to light it up.  My TCA number is 86-23651.
