    Description

    You are bidding on one vintage 8636-C Leeds and Northrup Optical Pyrometer. Overall this is in fairly rough shape - it has heavy signs of use but is generally intact. The rubber viewing hood is deteriorating. The battery compartment has some light corrosion within.
    I lightly cleaned the battery contacts with 600 grit sandpaper, then put in 6 batteries. The battery check light would only come on occasionally somewhat briefly, I could not get it to light the main filament.
    I pack carefully and ship promptly from central Pennsylvania.
