Inductors made with Litz wire have less skin effect and a lower DCR, allowing for more complex headroom than inductors made with a single wire. Besides that, wax impregnation ensures the windings' purity and significantly decreases unnecessary distortion and microphonic effect".
The wax has been reheated-reflowed and an additional second heavy layer was applied while the wax was still tacky using some very good audio wax that was removed from (several sets of four)

Oval caps used to insultate and hold custom hand built Japanesse made caps in place keeping capacitors stable and insulated for decades. It was saved and stored. Super scarce and a very good wax for audio use.
Now the coils are even better insulated resulting in lower distortion lowering microphonic effect. Excellent Jantzen Litz wire coils and Jantzen Audio Superior Z capacitors. Take a listen to them. They're smoother sounding and better balanced in my opinion than the Jantzen Superior Silver Z series, Mundorf's S/O caps, ect. The Litz coils and all capacitors are fresh from authorized distributors (the Netherlands, the Erse caps from Ohio) a month ago. QUAD EUTECTIC SILVER SOLDER was used on the joints/connections. That is all I ever use anymore. Not to give a shout out to that particular solder, yet it is low
melting
temperature
solder that is
smooth flowing. An audio grade
(3% silver)
solder.
Note that the silver leads of the Litz coils are waxed up to 3/8" just before the solder joints. The spaded connectors at the terminal will have heat shrink added before they're shipped out.
