Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This I/O Module is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing significant that would affect functionality.  The Wires were cut off and the ends remain in the connectors.

This I/O Module was removed from decommissioned equipment and has not been tested. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
